A collection can be made not only by the Owner from the cabinet, but by a staff member too \u2014 right from the home screen, at the moment the money is handed over.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. On the home screen, click \"Collection\" (money-transfer icon).<\/li>\n
  2. Choose the method: \"By Till\" \u2014 if handing over money from one specific till (zone, \"Abonements\", or \"Goods\") separately; \"General\" \u2014 if you just handed over an overall amount without splitting by till \u2014 the system will distribute it proportionally across zone balances automatically, write off any excess from the Abonements\/Goods tills (if there is unaccounted cash there), and set aside whatever does not fit anywhere as a \"Collection Advance\".<\/li>\n
  3. For \"By Till\", choose the till you need from the list.<\/li>\n
  4. Enter the amount handed over to the Owner and save.<\/li>\n
  5. The screen will show a collection slip \u2014 confirmation that the entry has been saved.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    What to Do If\u2026<\/h3>\n

    \u2026you handed over more money than the till balance shows?<\/strong> The system sets the excess aside as a \"Collection Advance\" \u2014 a toast about it will appear, and the amount will be accounted for in the zone balance after the next results submission, the money is not lost.<\/p>\n

    \u2026there is no new money, but you need to settle an already-accumulated advance?<\/strong> Enter an amount of 0 \u2014 this is specifically allowed for that case.<\/p>\n

    \u2026you got the amount wrong after saving?<\/strong> You cannot correct the entry yourself \u2014 ask the Owner to edit or delete it in the \"Collections Register\" (Money \u2192 Balances and Collections, icon <\/svg>).<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
