Someone gets let go \u2014 deactivate the PIN, and access closes instantly, with no \"what were their passwords and where do I change them.\" Setting up a new employee is the same thing in reverse: a couple of minutes in the Owner's dashboard, and the person can already work on the point's device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">An Interface You Don't Have to Fight<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every screen speaks the same visual language: the same spacing, the same buttons, the same \"bottom sheet\" logic for every creation form \u2014 whatever you're adding, a zone, a rate, or a task, it never looks like pieces glued together from different programs. Every money amount and number is digit-aligned \u2014 a small thing that matters exactly at the moment you're staring at a column of numbers during a till reconciliation and don't want them to \"jump around.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Owner's dashboard is light by default, for calm work with reports; the employee's app at the point is dark, because the screen gets looked at in the sun, in the evening, and all day long \u2014 not in a quiet office. Both can be recolored to fit: the accent color is chosen from a few presets at sign-up, so the dashboard feels like your own tool, not a faceless system \"for everyone.\" And if you have an international team, every employee can <a href=\"https:\/\/rentos365.app\/en\/rentos-in-15-languages-everyone-gets-their-own\/\">switch the interface language just for themselves<\/a>, out of fifteen available, without touching anyone else's setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The General Principle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The same idea runs through every module: the system calculates what should have come in, and the person only enters what actually ended up in the till. The gap between those two numbers shows up immediately, tied to a specific shift and a specific employee \u2014 not at the end of the month, when it's already too late to sort anything out.
