How to Read the Main Screen (Estimated Revenue and Latest Totals)

The Owner's Home Screen provides a «real-time» summary, not a report covering a specific period (for reports covering a specific period, see the «Reports» section).

  1. «Estimated Revenue» — displayed only if you have real-time zones (Departures/Arrivals/Tickets): the amount that has already been accumulated since the last report submission but has not yet been officially submitted. This is a live, unconfirmed figure.
  2. «Latest Results» — data already confirmed from actual settlement reports: profit, cash/non-cash, revenue, expenses, number of settlements. You can switch the view; your selection will be saved for your next visit.
  3. Below are some quick links: «Daily Readings,» «Balances by Zone,» «Tasks.».

What to Do If… #

…the figures for «Estimated Revenue» and «Final Totals» don’t match? That's normal—they're about different things: one hasn't been officially submitted yet, while the other has already gone through the confirmed final submission process. Don't combine them.

…are there no «Estimated Revenue» cards at all? So none of your zones have real-time accounting mode—there is no such card for «Meters» or «Cash Registers Only.».
