Over 20 years of industry experience

Keren Center is a kids' development center: it runs after-school homework help, creative workshops and quest rooms, a play room, and a music studio, all at once. The format is flexible: a child can be dropped off for an hour, half a day, or picked up right after school. The center has a 5.0 rating from 8 reviews, and the word that comes up most often in them is "cozy."

Three Different Scenarios in One Dashboard

In its dashboard, the center has five active zones, each set up differently — because each of them actually works differently.

"Halabuda" and "PROlongation+" are billed by time: a child arrives, the employee opens the zone on a tablet and starts a launch under their tag; the child leaves, the employee stops it. The system counts the minutes on its own and converts them into an amount using the zone's rate — separately for the play room, separately for after-school care.

"The Yard" works differently — a fixed entry fee, with no time tracking: pay at the door, stay as long as you like.

And "Who? Where? What?" isn't about time at all, it's about tickets: in this zone the center runs separate quest rooms — "Detective," "Trend Party," "Interactive," "Active" — each with its own price. The employee just sells a ticket to a specific quest, with no start or stop.

Five zones, three different accounting logics: by the minute, by a fixed entry fee, and by ticket. And all of it in one dashboard, with no switching between systems.

Plus Its Own Coffee Bar

While the kids are busy, the center also runs a small sales counter: coffee, tea, water, juice, croissants, jelly candies — the usual lineup for a parents' waiting area. It's a separate RentOS module ("Products"), with its own warehouse stock: the system knows how many servings of each product are left for the day, and won't let more be sold than actually exist.

One Evening, One Till

Three different ways to count money for visits, plus a separate till for the coffee bar. That used to mean several journals and an evening reconciliation with a calculator. In RentOS all of it flows into one daily results submission: the Owner opens "Reports" and sees the center's total revenue, and inside it, a breakdown by zone and separately by products, with no manual adding up.

Especially Busy in Summer

Right now, at the height of summer, the center is running a weekday promotion — unlimited visits for a small fixed amount. It's set up as a separate rate right in the same zone: the usual "per minute" weekday rate temporarily steps aside for a fixed price for the whole day. For parents, it means not counting hours; for the center, it means a steady flow of visitors even on days when, without the promotion, kids would be brought in less often.
