Regulars often don't want to buy one-off — they'd rather top up a balance in advance and then just pay from it on the spot, faster than digging out a card or cash every time. RentOS has the "Clients" module for exactly this: every guest gets one wallet by phone number that works instantly across every point of the business and every format — from electric car rides to quest tickets.

Paying from a phone

One Wallet — Every Point, Every Accounting Mode

A client is identified by phone number, not by a card or a code that's easy to forget at home. Top up the balance at one point, and it can be charged at any other point of the same business. And it doesn't matter what exactly the client is paying for: a counter-based ride, a launch, time in a play room, a quest ticket, or a product at the coffee bar — the balance can pay for any of these formats, because the wallet lives independently of any single module's own logic.

Topping Up — With a Bonus, Manually, or by the Owner Separately

The Owner can set up ready-made top-up plans with a bonus — say, "pay 1000, get 1200 on the balance" — a standard incentive to top up more in one go. An employee can also top up any custom amount, if the guest just wants to add whatever they like. And if the Owner needs to credit a bonus personally, separate from the till, that's possible too — and that kind of credit honestly doesn't count toward the business's revenue: the system distinguishes "the client actually paid" from "the Owner gave a gift," instead of lumping everything into one number.

The Balance Can Never Go Negative — Even With Two Employees at Once

The charge is checked right at the moment of the operation: if there isn't enough money, the system rejects the attempt instead of running it "on credit." This is also protected against a race condition — if two employees at different points try to charge the same client's balance at almost the same moment, only the request that actually has enough money will go through, not both at once.

A Refund Works Just as Carefully as a Charge

If a ride, ticket, or product paid for from the balance gets voided, the money goes back into the client's wallet — this works the same way for every format that can be paid from the balance, not just for the one or two most obvious ones.

And the Balance Can Be Checked in Telegram

A client doesn't need to call the point to find out their balance — there's a dedicated Telegram botthat sends the balance and the wallet's recent operations right after the guest shares their phone number with one tap.
