How to Add a Product to the Catalog

The catalog is a shared list of products and services sold at all your points.

1. Open the "Goods" section → "Catalog" tab.
2. Inside the category you need, click "Add Product".
3. Fill in a photo, name, category, and price — the price is required.
4. "Track Stock" toggle — turn it off for service-type products with no physical stock (for example, "Pottery Workshop").
5. If stock is tracked, you can set a "Low Stock Threshold" — the product tile will get a "Low" mark.
6. Save.

To edit a product you already added — tap it, the same form opens with the fields already filled in.

What to Do If… #

…a product is no longer for sale? Do not delete it — "Archive" it: it will stop being sold, its history is preserved.

…you need a new category? "Categories" button → enter a name at the bottom → "+". You can also rename an existing category there (pencil icon) or delete it (trash icon).
