How to Perform a Stock Count

From time to time it's worth physically counting how much stock is actually left in storage and adjusting the system to match.

1. Open "Goods" → "Stock" → "Stock Count".
2. Choose a category.
3. Enter the actual quantity for each product (the field defaults to the current calculated balance).
4. You can go back and fill in more categories — what you've already entered will not be lost.
5. Click "Save" — all the filled-in categories are sent at once, and the system shows the discrepancies: calculated / actual / difference.

What to Do If… #

…you did not fill in all the categories? That is fine — only the ones you filled in will be saved, the rest stay as they were.
