How to Set Up a Telegram Group for Clients

This is a separate public group for client announcements — not to be confused with the staff work chat.

  1. Open "Settings" → "Summaries and Messages" → "Telegram for Clients" (this item is visible only if the "Clients" module is enabled in Settings → System).
  2. Connect the group the same way as the work chat (see the article "How to Connect Telegram for Summaries").
  3. Fill in the "Invite Link" — it is shown to clients in broadcasts and via the /join command.
  4. Optionally click "Invite to Register in the Bot" — a one-time message to the group inviting people to open the bot and enter their phone number.
  5. In the "Auto-Announcements" block, turn on what to announce automatically: new zones, new points, new assets.

What to Do If… #

…you turned off the "Clients" module? This whole page and the item in the list will disappear — turn the module back on in Settings → System.
