You can decide whether the system tracks that a ticket has already been used at entry, or just counts sales "the old way".
- Open a zone in "Tickets" mode.
- "Ticket Redemption" toggle: on — tickets get statuses, a staff member will be able to mark a ticket as used at entry; off — the system only knows the fact of sale, with no statuses.
- If redemption is on — fill in the "Order Lifetime, days" field (leave it blank if tickets should not expire — it will then show "Unlimited").
- "Print Tickets" toggle — a separate setting: it lets a staff member print a ticket for a visitor at the time of sale (requires a connected printer and the printing module enabled in Settings → System).
What to Do If… #
…you turned off redemption, but it used to be on? Tickets already sold before that keep their statuses as they were, but there will be no new statuses — everything sold from now on is simply considered active.
…a ticket's validity period has expired? That ticket can no longer be redeemed, the button will show "expired {date}".
…you turned on "Print Tickets", but printing does not work? Check that the printing module is enabled in Settings → System and that a printer is set up on the staff member's device.
