Staff: How to Take a Booking and Accept Payment for an Event

If the owner has created events, in the "Tickets" section a separate "Events" tab appears: today's events first, then by date. Without events the screen looks as usual.

How to book someone #

  1. Open "Tickets" → "Events" and tap the event you need.
  2. Tap "New booking".
  3. Enter the name and phone number, or tap "Customer" and pick the person from the database. Choose how many places at which tariffs.
  4. Save. The booking gets a number you can give to the person.

A note ("Instagram", "arriving at 18:00") and a client from the database are added with the tag icon () on the booking card, just like on a wristband in Stays. A linked client with Telegram connected gets a confirmation and a reminder.

How to take payment when the person arrives #

  1. Find the booking in the event list by name, the last digits of the phone number or the booking number. You can also enter the booking number on the "Orders" keypad: its event will open.
  2. If not everyone came, tap and correct the number of places.
  3. Tap "Pay" and choose the method: cash, cashless, balance or "Split payment". If a customer is linked to the booking, "Balance" opens their wallet right away. Someone else is paying? Tap "Back" and find them.

If the event is today, tickets are redeemed right at payment: the person is already at the entrance, so there's no need to tap "Redeem" separately. Tickets paid in advance are redeemed at the entrance as usual.

If someone comes without a booking #

On the "Sell" tab, tap the event's asset: below the regular tickets you'll see events with free places. Add tickets to the cart and pay as always.

What to Do If… #

…there are no "New booking" and "Pay" buttons? Booking people and taking payment is available to staff members with permission to sell tickets. Without it the list is view-only, and paid tickets can still be redeemed.

…there are no places left? You can still book: the counter turns red and the app asks "Are you sure?".

…the person changed their mind? Click on the booking card and confirm. A booking has no money attached, so it is simply deleted.

…there's no "Events" tab or the event you need? The tab appears when the selected zone has events today or later. You only see events of the zones you have access to, and only for the selected assets: check the asset lock on the "Orders" tab.
