How to Sign Up and Get Started with RentOS

To start using RentOS, you will need your own company account — it takes just a couple of minutes.

1. Open the sign-up page.
2. Enter your company name — you will immediately see your future public page address.
3. Enter your email and password (at least 8 characters).
4. Answer a simple security question and click "Sign Up".
5. Choose a 4–6 digit PIN for quick sign-in later — or click "Cancel, do it later".
6. On your first sign-in, you will be offered a choice: install demo data (a point, two zones with assets and rates, one staff member — all of which can be renamed or deleted) or start from a blank slate.

What to Do If… #

…you forgot your password? On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?", enter your email, and you will receive a reset link.

…you skipped setting a PIN during sign-up? You can set it later at any time — signing in with email and password always works.

…you installed demo data and changed your mind? It is not just a "preview example" — these are real objects, and you can freely rename or delete them just like any other point, zone, or staff member.
