How to Install RentOS on Your Phone as an App (PWA)

RentOS can be installed on a phone or computer as a regular app — it opens faster and is required for push notifications.

  1. On almost any page of the app, a banner offering to install it appears at the bottom.
  2. On Android (Chrome, Edge) — click "Install" and confirm in the system dialog.
  3. On iPhone (Safari) — the banner will guide you: "Share" → "Add to Home Screen".
  4. In other browsers (Samsung Internet, Firefox for Android, Opera, etc.) the banner will show its own sequence of steps specific to that browser.

What to Do If… #

…the banner is in the way and you want to remove it? There is a "Not Now" button — the banner will not appear for 2 days, then it will ask again.

…push notifications do not work on iPhone? On iOS they only work after installing to the Home Screen this way — a regular Safari tab does not receive push.
