How to Set Ticket Prices

In "Tickets" mode () a zone has no rates — instead, each asset has its own price options (for example, "Adult" and "Child").

1. Open a zone in "Tickets" mode.
2. Add an asset if you have not already ("Add Asset").
3. Open the asset menu → "Price Options".
4. Click "Add Option".
5. Enter a name (for example, "Adult") and a price.
6. Repeat for each option — at least one is required.
7. Save.

What to Do If… #

…you need a free ticket (for example, for concession holders)? A price of 0 is allowed — just enter 0 for that option.

…an asset has no price options at all? That asset cannot be added to an order — it stays inactive for sale until at least one option exists.

…you changed the options later? Tickets already sold keep their price and name as of the moment of sale — editing options later does not affect them retroactively.
