You can send a single message at once to all clients who have connected the company's Telegram bot — for example, about a promotion or a temporary closure.
- Open "Clients" → the "Broadcast" button.
- Enter the message text; optionally add an "Image (optional)".
- Choose the recipient: "Everyone" (everyone who has connected the bot), "Clients", or "To the Group" (the client Telegram group, if it is connected).
- Send — "Sent: N" (or "Sent to Group") appears under the message.
What to Do If… #
…a client does not have Telegram connected? Only those who have already connected the bot will receive the message — the broadcast will not reach those who have not connected yet.
…you want to send to different client segments separately? There is no segmentation — the broadcast goes either to everyone connected, or entirely to the public group.
