Staff: How to Start and End Stays

every asset run is marked — there is no need to manually enter readings at results submission. "Stays" — you manually start and stop a child's time in the play room.

2. "Per Entry" rate: choose a duration option and the payment method right away (including "Split Payment") — the amount is known in advance.
3. "As-Used" rate: the stay starts with a single tap, no payment — the amount is calculated from the actual minutes elapsed, payment is requested only when it ends.
4. While the visitor is inside — the tile shows a countdown ("Per Entry") or a growing amount ("As-Used").
5. To end it — tap the tile, confirm "Confirm?"; for "As-Used" this then opens the payment method choice, including "Split Payment" (the amount is frozen at this moment).
6. If the visitor changes their mind about leaving — while the payment choice is showing, click "Resume", and the countdown starts again.
7. Optionally link a client to the visit (wallet icon on the tile → "Link") — this is just for reference, it does not affect payment.

What to Do If… #

…the "As-Used" rate asks for payment, but "Per Entry" does not? That is intentional: with "Per Entry" the amount is known right at the start, with "As-Used" — only once the time is stopped.

…you have not ended a launch and are trying to submit results? The zone will not submit while there are open visits — the app will show how many and on which asset, with a button to go to it.
