At the results submission the employee enters the actual cash — how much money is really in the drawer. Next to it the app shows the «Difference» between that sum and the calculated revenue. Convenient, but it has a flip side: seeing the calculated sum, a dishonest employee can simply match their entry to it, and a shortfall will never surface.
That is why the «Difference» can be hidden until submission. This is called blind entry and is configured for each employee separately — some you trust completely, some you have only just hired.
How to switch it on #
- Open «Employees» → the card of the employee you need.
- Find the toggle «Sees the difference at submission».
- Выключите it — and the employee enters the cash blind, seeing the result only after submitting.
The toggle on (the default) is the previous behaviour: the «Difference» is calculated right as you type.
What this changes in practice #
The employee still sees everything needed for work: their launches, sales, expenses. Only the «this is how much it should be» hint is hidden at the moment of counting the money. The results submission itself, the revenue calculation and all reports work the same whichever way the toggle is set.
The owner always sees the «Difference» — on the Home screen, in «Daily totals», and in the summary that arrives in Telegram.
What to Do If… #
…у сотрудника постоянная разница в одну сторону? It is not always theft: more often it is a forgotten expense, an unrecorded float, or a sale put through outside the app. Look at «Daily totals» over several shifts in a row — a systematic shift shows up immediately.
…хотите проверить нового сотрудника, не обижая остальных? The toggle is per person: turn it off for one employee and everyone else stays as before.
