In the working Telegram chat where the summaries arrive you can ask for the till at any moment — without waiting for the evening summary and without opening the account.
How to use it #
Type in the chat /kassa — the bot replies with the day's till broken down by payment method. The command is suggested in the bot menu right in this chat, so you do not need to type it from memory.
It works only in the chat you linked for summaries. This is deliberate: the summaries chat is a working one, and you control access to it yourself.
What is deliberately absent from this chat #
Client balances are not viewed through the bot in the working chat — there is no such capability at all, rather than it being «hidden behind a setting». The reason is simple: the chat is shared, and one person's balance should not be visible to everyone in it. A client's balance is viewed in the owner's account or in the employee app, and by the client themselves in their private chat with the bot.
The client group is a separate story: there the bot announces new tariffs and products, and till commands do not work in it.
What to Do If… #
…бот не отвечает на команду? Check that you are writing in the linked summaries chat and that the connection is alive — this is visible in the Telegram summary settings in your account.
…хотите получать кассу без запроса? Set up the «Daily till» summary — it arrives on its own, at the time you choose. The command is for the «curious right now» case.
